Quiet, perfect temperature in room and liked the shower curtains.
Pillows did not smell clean, however we did get replacements from the front desk.

Room service was quick and friendly.
This was a 2-star hotel, not a 3. Just a basic Holiday Inn.
The lobby was quite nice considering the awkward location. Front desk person was unfriendly. Room is your basic Holiday Inn room. Clean.

Cookies upon arrival -- great idea and delicious!
We were told the breakfast buffet would be available--it wasn't.
The room was very clean and fresh...the bed was comfortable...didn't hear anything through the walls...restaurant food was good. It was awkward to be surrounded by hotel staff (3)with their carts when we approached the elevator. ...read more
